Today is Leap Year and February 29. This is yesterday's post from Henry. I also hate Leap Year.

Hey Friends!

I hope you enjoyed the extra day of the Friendship Festival - a surprise from me to you! Maybe it gave you a little more time to get that prize you were still working on!

Tomorrow is February the 29th - Leap Day! About every four years, we have a Leap Year, which is a year with one extra day in it. That day is added to the shortest month, making February have 29 days instead of 28. Poor February- even with an extra day, it is still the shortest month!

I want to see some pictures of you and your friends Leaping for Leap Day in Pandanda! Snap a cool screenshot of leaping pandas and send it to me at screenshots@pandanda.com. Put Leap Day in the subject line, and make sure to include your panda name. I'll choose some to post in my Blog, and put them all in a photo album for everyone to see! Please, just send one or two of your best pictures, and make sure to mail them to me by 11:59pm Pandanda Time on Wednesday, February 29th.

What? You don't know how to make your panda leap? Just use the "j" key on your keyboard or use the Animations menu and choose the jumping panda!

Last Day of Friendship Festival!

Hello to all my Panda Friends!

I hope you have enjoyed the Friendship Festival this year. You still have until just before midnight Pandanda Time today to collect bracelets and trade them to Lucy at the Fishing Hole for her cool prizes! When Lucy leaves she will take her prizes with her, so don't wait!

According to your votes on the Favorite Friendship Fest Prize, the Animated Heart Sunglasses are your favorite prize, followed by the Red Heart Chair and the Purple Heart Chair.

Mod Jozie really loves her purple heart chair, animated heart sunglasses, and bouquet of flowers. Looks like her pet dragons kind of like them, too!

Hmmm, I like all of the purple hues in Jozie's tree house. I wonder if her favorite color is purple, too!

Free Elite Member Day!

It's time to shop til you drop, dress up your panda, decorate your treehouse and invite your friends to visit, buy a dragon egg, and maybe even get a Horse Companion. Why? Because it's Free Elite Member Day again!

From 12:01am until 11:59pm Pandanda Time today, everyone who logs in will have full access to Elite member privileges!** It is everyone's chance to give Elite membership a try!

Level Fifty Party

I managed to get to the earlier one. There were only 25 pandas at the start, but enough to make my laptop lag so badly I had to go on low graphics... Here is the story/pics.
Logged on, I was surprised at how little pandas there were on the server.

Said hi to Henry
He said whoever gets to where he is first wins some gold, and despite my horrible connection I got there first.

Everyone was begging for the cinema, and so he pointed out there are no movies to show, so he told us about something else...

Cool! I wonder if this will be the coconut islands! But it seriously sounds awesome, and since summer isn't really too far away this is something to look forward to! (Cough, winter for me :-/)

Then we played some games for gold, and almost everyone ended up getting some gold... I asked why doesn't he have buttons like give panda gold to this person and this person etc. And this is what he said:
Then we went to the barn, and everyone who hadn't gotten panda gold already got some :D Then sombody asked why henry was level 100 when the maximum level is 75. Henry said:

Wow lol. Then I had to go, so that's all the pics I have. It was a really cool party though, and I hope there will be more!

Level 50 Party!

Level 50+ Parties Friday!

I had a great time partying last Friday with the pandas who had reached Level 75 in Quests. And now I am looking forward to celebrating with everyone who has reached Level 50 and above. The parties should be HUGE, because there are over 400 of you at Level 50 and over!

Just like last Friday, I will be hosting two parties, to allow pandas from all over the world to be there! The first party will be at 10am Pandanda Time and the second party will be at 6pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each of those links to see what time the parties will be where you live. Pandas who live in Australia, New Zealand, and other countries in that part of the world will probably find that the 6pm party works best for them, since it will be on Saturday morning and early afternoon.

Both parties will be on Palm server, which will be Level Restricted to pandas at Level 50 and above. There should be plenty of room on Palm for everyone, but you will probably need to spread out among the rooms. Don't worry though, I will be making the rounds to visit everyone!

More Fun This Week!

Hey friends!

I hope you are enjoying the Friendship Festival. You still have a whole week to collect Friendship Bracelets to trade to Lucy for the cool Friendship Festival prizes, so keep on collecting! Make sure to vote in the new poll to let me know your favorite Friendship Festival prize.

We had a great Game Day on Saturday. I really got a kick out of playing Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill with so many of you during my visits. Check out these pictures of the fun!

Are you ready for more fun this week? First is Mardi Gras Color Day tomorrow. Dress in Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, yellow, and gold, and lead your friends in a Mardi Gras parade around Pandanda. Our Brazilian panda friends might know this day better as Carnaval. Whatever you call it, make Tuesday bright and exciting! Mod Jule is already dressed for Mardi Gras fun!

On Friday, the Super Questers who are at Level 50 and above will get their chance to party with me on Palm Server. The first party will be at 10am Pandanda Time and the second party will be at 6pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each of those links to see what time the parties will be where you live. Pandas who live in Australia, New Zealand, and other countries around that part of the world will probably want to come to the 6pm party, since it will be on Saturday morning and early afternoon.

And finally, this Saturday it is time for another fabulous Free Elite Member Day, the first one of 2012! Everyone who logs in on Saturday will have full access to all of Pandanda's Elite Membership features for one day!** You can use your Pandanda coins to buy anything at the Clothing Co. on East Market Street! Decorate your tree house with furniture from the House & Tree catalog, and unlock your tree house to have friends over! You can adopt a pet dragon from the Pet Shop! And you can even buy a Horse Companion from Questy, if you have reached a high enough Quest Level!

This event is for one day only starting on Saturday at 12:01am PST and ending Saturday at 11:59pm PST so don't miss out!

**Non-Elite pandas will get to keep all the Elite items purchased Saturday but will not be able to use them after Saturday without an Elite Membership, except on future Free Elite Member Days. Questy’s Horse Companions are Elite items. Dragon eggs will remain in your tree house, and will hatch later in the week.


Cool! Since we have 2000 hits, we will have the party as soon as Blu, Atv, and Doragabi help organise the time and date. (Coughs!)

Big Fast BLURRY panda!! :D

Hey everyone! LONG time no talk... Forgive me PLEASE!!
Today I will tell you how to do a really cool glitch!! :

1.  Buy a turbo potion and a Dragon Tears potion. (fast potion) (big potion)
2. Go to either Pawthorne Forest or Darby Field.  (Lets say your at Darby Field)
3. Go into the top left corner
4. Put on your Turbo Potion. 9( KEEP YOUR BACKPACK OPEN!!)
5. Click on one places FAR from where you are on the right.
6. While you are running put on the big potion
And you are a big, fast, BLURRY Panda!!

Valentine's Day! Show Your Colors!

Happy Valentine's Day to all of my Pandanda Pals! I hope you are having a great time with your friends in Pandanda today. Maybe you and your friends can dress alike in red and pink clothes. You could even add in some purple - it goes great with red and pink (plus, it's my favorite color!)

By now you have probably gathered enough Friendship Bracelets to trade to Lucy at the Fishing Hole for some of Friendship Festival prizes. She has a bouquet of red flowers for 25 bracelets, a pair of cool animated heart sunglasses for 50 bracelets, and a funny coiled hat with a heart on the top for 50 bracelets. There are white and purple "I Heart PD" tshirts for 75 bracelets each. And for your treehouse, you can get some extremely cool heart-shaped chairs in red and purple for 75 bracelets!

Valentine Red and Pink Color Day Tomorrow!

Hello friends!

This is going to be an exciting week in Pandanda land! The Friendship Festival is still going on, of course. And tomorrow is Valentine's Day, a special day to celebrate with your best friends. Make sure to dress up in Valentines colors of red, pink, and white tomorrow.

This Friday, the 17th, I will be celebrating with the Super Questers who have reached Level 75! There will be two party times, so pandas from all over the world can be there. The first party will be at 10am Pandanda Time and the second party will be at 6pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each of those links to see what time the parties will be where you live. Pandas who live in Australia, New Zealand, (Note From Misty: Go New Zealand lol.) and other countries around that part of the world will probably want to come to the 6pm party, since it will be on Saturday morning and early afternoon. Just check those links!

Then on Saturday, we are having another super-fun Game Day. You will have a chance to win Panda Gold from Moderators in games of Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill. The Mods will be hosting as many games as they can fit into their shifts, giving you lots of chances to win Panda Gold. Instead of awarding 25 Gold for 1st place and 10 Gold for 2nd place like they usually do, they will award 250 Gold to 1st place and 100 Gold to 2nd place!

Also, every multiplayer game will award double Coins on Saturday. That means every time you play Pen the Pig, Line 4, Ghosts of Misty Hill, and Bunny Chase, you will receive twice as many Pandanda Coins as you usually do. There is no limit to the amount of Panda Coins you can win! I'll have more info about Game Day as we get closer to Saturday.

NEW LOCATION COMING SOON!!!!

There is a rumour going around yet to be confirmed (somebody asked pd, they got a reply for once!) that the coconut islands are going to open soon!
Here is what one it will be:

Wait a second, update on that. Support said:
"We have made no announcements regarding the islands off of Coconut Beach.We do not have any information to share about those islands." But it IS likely, as over 8 months ago Henry said: "The other islands are for something special we haven't revealed yet." Whatever happens, we need a new location.

Friendship Festival Is Coming!!

Friendship Festival Starts Friday!

I am so excited about the start of Friendship Festival on Friday that I can't get a song out of my head. Maybe you know it:

Make new friends, but keep the old.
One is silver, and the other, gold.

Friendship Festival will be a time to celebrate with the friends you already have, and to make new friends. There will be delightful decorations, extra Quests, and, of course lots of colorful Friendship Bracelets scattered all over Pandanda for you to collect. When you have enough Friendship Bracelets, you can visit Lucy at the Fishing Hole to trade them for special Friendship Fest prizes.

And don't forget, the Pandanda Forecasters predict we will have another heavy snow just in time for Friendship Festival. So don't pack away your warm clothes just yet!



I can't wait! I missed last year because I had gotten absolutely sick of quests, but this year I WILL get all the prizes, lol.

Account Management Is Here!!!!

New Account Management Features!

Hi, Panda Pals!

I am excited to tell you about some new Account Management features we have added to the Pandanda website. You can follow that link to get there, or go to the Membership page, then click on Manage Account in the menu. You do not have to be an Elite member to use Account Management. This is for everyone!

Once on the Account Management page, you can login with your Panda name and password to access the features. You can check your membership status if you are an Elite member. If you have a recurring monthly Elite membership it will tell you the date your membership will next renew on. You will also see a link to cancel your recurring membership.

If you have a non-renewing Elite membership (for example, a 6 or 12 month Elite, or an Elite bought with a Gift Certificate) it will tell you the date your membership will expire. Since it is not necessary to cancel a non-renewing Elite membership, you will not see a cancellation link.

Also on the Account Management page, you can see the email address that you used when you created your account, the date that you created your account, and the chat mode your account is in, either Safe or Filtered.

You can now change your chat mode yourself! Simply click the link where it says "To change your Chat Mode preference". An email will be sent to the address your account is registered to. That email has a link that you must click to complete the Chat Mode change. If you changed your mind, and don't really want to change your Chat Mode, you can just delete that email, and your Chat Mode will remain the way it was.

If you change your mind after you have already clicked the link in the email, don't worry! You can log back into your Account Management page and change your Chat Mode again!

If you need to contact Customer Support with any questions or comments about your account or about Pandanda, you can click the link where it says "To contact Customer Support".

Sheriff Steele has a bit of important advice he wants to share with you. Take it away, Sheriff!

Sheriff Steele here! Pandanda Citizens, it is very important that you keep your Pandanda password completely private. Remember, when you tell someone your password, you are letting them go on your account and do pretty much anything they want. Is it worth taking the chance of having them sell all of your things, or even getting you banned? Your account is YOUR responsibility. Keep it safe! Sheriff Steele, signing off!

Thank you, Sheriff, for those words of advice! Pandas, I will have some more information about using the new Account Management features this week. And don't forget, the fantastic Friendship Festival will begin on Friday. I can't wait!

I think this is really really cool! Now we can decide if to cancel our membership and change our chat filter!

Please pay attention to what Sheriff Steel said. I know a lot of pandas who have been hacked, including myself and my friend's brother. Gemmza said the other day they will NOT ban "hackers" if it turns out a panda actually gave their password instead of the "hacker" finding it out. Even if you know the person in real life, don't do it.

Another reason not to share your password, and probably why it's in this post, is that with these new features somebody can 1. See you or your parents email 2. Change your chat preference 3. Or even cancel your membership! So, just don't share your password.

More Snow is Forecast for Pandanda!

Hey there, friends!

Well, the groundhog saw his shadow on Groundhog Day, which means six more weeks of winter. The Pandanda weather forecasters had thought things were warming up in Pandanda, but they now agree with the groundhog's prediction. The new weather forecast is for heavy snow to hit Pandanda again late next week, just in time for the Friendship Festival!

Maggie is so excited for more snow that she is now selling Sled Companions, along with her Horse and Pony Companions. Head over to Farmer Ned's Barn to check them out! The sleds come in 3 color combinations, and will be just the thing for getting around Pandanda after the snowfall.

And here's some great news for those of you who love to shop - you can now buy MORE Vault space! You can buy up to 500 more spaces, for a total of 1000 spaces. The Vault is a great place to store your summer clothes, holiday decorations, or anything else. Putting things in your Vault lets you free up space in your closet and treehouse storage for new clothing or furniture.

I've got some more cool stuff to share with you all, but I will save that for my next post. Talk to you soon!

I'm back!

Hi ya everyone!

Yesterday I was having an operation in the hospital so I sadly couldn't come online. But I'm back now and I'm alright, apart from a bit of toothache (they took out a few teeth - two of them with roots nearly a centimeter long!!!). I am so glad that I was asleep at the time they were taking them out... but it also meant that even now I'm still a little drowsy.

The highlight was probably zooming down the rabbit warren-like corridors on the hospital bed-with-wheels thing - SO MUCH FUN XD... of course, at the end of the corridors was the door to the operating theater, but I was too elated from the ride to mind all of the people and the anesthetic. I mean, come on! I need a tooth extraction so I have to go into a hospital room with about 10 people crowded around me... LOL! A bit extreme, or what!?

Now I've just got to look forwards to lots and lots of homemade ice-cream! Yum!

Quick note: When I logged on today I noticed that the ads had gone for me. Yay! Is it just for elites or also for non elites? Oh, and please say hi to our new author, Doragabi!

I'm a new author here on Bamboo! My name is Doragabi, plays Club Penguin and Pandanda and hope you like me. Back to the post, well Henry posted a new post on his blog. Here is what it said.


Wow, have you checked out the Pandanda February Calendar? We've got lots of things planned to help make the shortest month of the year one of the most fun months of the year!

Right off the bat, there was an awesome update in the Clothing Catalog. Lots of cool Valentine's-themed clothes and accessories; a hockey uniform, hockey stick, and skates; new player card backgrounds, and more! And you can still buy football stuff for the Big Game on Sunday. Go Team!

Zing will be leaving this Sunday, so make sure you have collected 10 Golden Tickets and traded them to him for his 4th and final prize. Once he leaves, his prizes are gone forever!

We will celebrate the power of friendship during the Friendship Festival, which begins on February 10th. You'll have 18 days to collect friendship bracelets to trade for cool Friendship Fest prizes. And on Valentine's Day, the 14th, we will have a Red and Pink Color Day.

I've got some special parties planned for Super Questers this month! On the 17th, all pandas who have reached Level 75 will be able to party with me on Palm Server. Then on the 24th, everyone at Level 50 and above will get their chance to party! There will be two party times on each of those days, so pandas all over the world should have a chance to participate.

Game Day returns on the 18th, with double coins on multiplayer games, and lots of chances to win Panda Gold from me and the Moderators in Ghosts of Misty Hill and Bunny Chase.

Dress up in purple, green, yellow, and gold for Mardi Gras Color Day on the 21st, then end that week with a super Free Elite Member Day!

February is going to be fine!
